43061, i saw Ne3 as overloaded because it was protecting Nd5 as well as Rc2 .. but Nd5 isn't really involved in the problem other than as you point out being pinned protecting the queen .. on first glance, it didn't appear that pin would be an appropriate tag here, but it certainly is

btw, since most posts here seem to be about problem solutions, when i post a tagging question should i leave the subject as just the problem number, make it "nnnnn tagging?" or perhaps just start a single thread called "tagging questions"? i have a feeling i'll have quite a few more before i begin to fully understand the categories
