3.Ng5 is not possible. the knight is on g6 and Qh4 mates. I think there is something wrong.

The starting position has a Black King on g6, Black knight on e6 and Black queen on c1.  3.Ng5 mate is the correct move.  Maybe the position didn't load correctly for you for some strange reason.  Check it out in the View Problems page by typing in the 47999.

Ok. Now it is. Then there must be a page load problem when I was solving the problem. We'll need Richard to solve this.

This (piece images not loading) can happen at the start of a session where the piece images did not load soon enough. I'm planning to delay problem display until all images have been correctly loaded which should prevent this.  I think it is much more of a problem on IE as other browser shave better caching and if they obey the cache directive the piece images should be loaded from cache on the same machine all the time (essentially infinite cache lifetime set on the images, although I can reset this to force reloads during updates if needed).
