Problem #11927

I'm in awe of anyone who can solve this one in 30 seconds or less (or at all). The best my Fritz can manage after 1.Rc1 Kb4 is a mate in eight with 2. Be7+ (Qf3 is one move quicker, but there is a thicket of possible black defences). If anyone managed it let me know and I'm sure we can set up a match against Rybka.
Easily the hardest problem I've seen in the problem set so far!

Yes, thats a tricky one :-)
BTW 30 seconds is the default value, so if you see exactly 30 seconds as the average solving time then usually that means that problem has never been solved. I should probably add the % correct/incorrect for each problem on the problem display to give an indication of how others have gone against a problem (the rating of course is some indication, but knowing 0% of people solved a problem might offer some form of consolation to the frustrated :-) )
Regards,
Richard.
