14543 new problems added

Hi all,

As stated in the front page news there has been a significant injection of new problems.
These are still from the old generator so they should be of approximately the same quality as existing problems.  The next problem set update is planned to come from an improved problem generator.

In an attempt to avoid the issue where new problems take a while to get an appropriate rating, I experimented with a 'provisional' problem rating system.  Unfortunately after testing it I decided it was too annoying to deploy.  I think many users would have got annoyed with putting the effort into solving a problem and then not getting any reward for it. If enough people complain I can switch the provisional system on very easily.

As the same generator was used for these problems I'm not expecting any previously unknown issues to arise during this update.  Please let me know if you think the updated set has issues you hadn't noticed in the previous problem set.
