Recent bug in IE6 and 7 causing bogus failed problems is fixed

I recently made an upload which broke the tactics UI in both IE 6 and 7.  Unfortunately this led to
correct problems being marked incorrect.  I hope this embarrassing blunder didn't impact too many users (it was only up for a few hours and fortunately during a reasonably quiet time for the site). In any case it should now be fixed and I'll try and do better cross browser testing before future uploads :-)

For those that are interested in the cause, IE apparently does not  support indexing into strings like this: s. whilst all other browsers I have access to do allow this syntax.
