The orange CT logo is dashing and all that, but if it were smaller and the header of each page were not as tall, the tactics page would fit with no scrolling.

I thought I posted this already, if it is a dup please accept my apologies.

Hi stormcrow,

I've added a "hide logo" option for registered users to the todo list but there are quite a few more functional related items above it so I can't say you'll see this very soon :-)

I think that will be a great feature when it is available.  The reason for my earlier post about the board control buttons being at the bottom was because I was trying to maximize how much I could enlarge the board and every little bit of real estate recovered would help.  I didn't really expect removing the logo to be an option, but it is rather large and it does significantly reduce the size one can enlarge the playing area.

dlester: I figure that once users have registered that they don't need to be reminded which site they are on quite so prominently :-)  I'll probably also offer a cut down version of the tactics page at some point that would allow mobile users to more easily access the site.

Regards,
Richard.

I suppose it depends on your screen size but I find that I can scroll to the bottom of the screen and have a maximized board with a piece size of 65.  Once scrolled you don't have to scroll again for the next problem.

tmr: That's what I generally do, but avoiding having to scroll at the start of the session is probably handy.
