I only want to do standard problems, not blitz.  But sometimes when I click on "Solve Tactics", the first problem that comes up is blitz.  Even though I never click the blitz button.  More often, the first problem comes up standard.  But it seems random.

Hi drahacik,

Unfortunately there is a bug in the session tracking where the ratings option gets reset if you visit the problem viewer (for example to look at previous problems) during your tactics session.  I've fixed this bug in my local version and the next update will include the bugfix.

Regards,
Richard.

Great!  A related suggestion:  Maybe when you click "Solve Tactics" it should first ask you if you want to do blitz or standard.  You might want to switch from what you did in your previous session.  Right now you can't until after you do another problem.

The unreleased UI has a preferences dialog which you can access from any page after you have logged in.  It allows you to choose the problem set type from the dialog which means you can set blitz/standard before coming to the tactics page. I've also moved the continue on correct/continue on failed options to the preferences dialog to avoid cluttering up the tactics display with an option that the user rarely wants to change (the blitz/standard selector will  still be available in the old position as well as the perferences dialog as some users like changing that option more often).

I'm getting very close to finishing off the features I want in the next UI release, probably a couple more days of coding and then a a few more days of testing/bugfixing after that.

Regards,
Richard.
