It means out of 653 people you are placed at 283. or 283 divided by 653 x 100 = 55.66%
55.66% is were you stand as better then everyone else. ex) im 2/653, better then 99.69%.

It means how much time was spent after the first move - to see the difference between people kinda guessing (doing the first move, then thinking on the next one) and people who got it right straight away (almost 0 after first move).
